Code of Conduct

SeaDaddy's Nature Aquarium is dedicated to keeping the experience safe for all guests, staff, and animals. Guests who do not follow the below polices may be denied entry, or asked to leave. 

Children and Minors - All minors must be accompanied by an adult. The touch tank area requires Adult supervision for any minor 17 and under. Photography and Video - Upon admission into our facility, you hereby grant SeaDaddys Adventures permission to use your likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) without payment or other consideration and authorize SeaDaddys Adventures to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute these photos for any lawful purposes. Any commercial use of still or motion pictures taken at the aquarium without written consent of SeaDaddys Adventures is not prohibited. Personal Photopgrahy is not permitted with out a permission request, a crew member will assist in using your equipment to take the photo. This is best for the marine life, crew members can not use a flash. GUEST CONDUCT - SeaDaddys Adventures is committed to creating a safe, comfortable and enjoyable experience for our guests. Avoid foul, abusive or obscene language or gestures. Clothing considered to be indecent, obscene or offensive in nature and/or that detracts from our family-friendly atmosphere will not be tolerated. Follow staff directions in case of emergency and for a better experience. SMOKING – Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vapes, is strictly prohibited in our facility and within 10 feet of our front door. Guests who choose not to adhere to the above conduct policies are advised that their conduct may lead to denied admission, and ejection. SeaDaddys Adventures reserves unto itself, and itself alone, the right to determine what is considered indecent, obscene or offensive, what unruly behavior is, what constitutes a disturbance and what items may or may not be allowed into the Aquarium.
